Absolutely thrilled for both of you :j:j:j

Max slept through all his scans and Evie was wriggling around. So far she is chilled out and he is the hyper one!

Hiya, you won't know me as I've been lurking, kindly stalker style, on here for a little while marvelling at your drive...but I just saw and wanted to say congratulations!

Birdie - the wedding sounded brill. I love the idea of the retro hour! We had house music at our wedding too :)

Wendz - Max's sleep went to pot while he was cruising. As soon as he could walk the sleep improved so much!

Thanks all. Yes delighted about this opportunity. We can get the flat for approx £94k and then when we pay rent for 2 years we will have to get a mortgage of around £74k as we will have paid off around £12k in rent (coming off the mortgage every month) and then save up a 10% deposit for the mortgage. So that leaves us with a very small mortgage & hopefully we will be in a financial position to pay it off in 10 years or less.

We need to do some major work to it though, so hopefully the structural survery comes back alright.
