Yah to having some risotto left for tea.

    beanie - I make this - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1221/easy-risotto-with-bacon-and-peas - and it's really straight forward and very tasty :D

    :( to the rain rising - it's depressing :(

Apparently the jet stream is going to move early next week :D - how on earth they can tell I've no idea (esp as it's sat where it is for weeks ... and weeks).

I love Risotto and tried to make it years ago and it took HOURS - swore blind I'd never do it again but then found a recipe in a Mr A magazine (freeby!) and adapted it a bit and came out with the following:

Really, really easy - and TBH I don't measure any of the veg or chicken now - it's however much I've got!

She's not too bad - and will turn around if she's had enough! She wasn't that keen on her lunchtime walk (but it was pelting down then) & turned around after a couple of mins - but we had a reasonably long walk this morning (again raining!) and tonight (still raining:eek:)

However, she does love the resulting muddy puddles :rotfl::eek:
