Thinking of downloading & printing calendar for "household to do" things - things like reminders when the mobile's bills need sent for cashback claims ..... when to start looking for utility deals etc...... mmmm
Anyone else do this / something similar? Open to suggestions!:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

The calander sounds like a great idea - I've got a F!lofax which I use to write things down in and reminders of stuff etc.,!
Yay to the notebook, and loving the mince pie and hot chocolate

I've got a filofax somewhere (2 in fact
) but the inserts are so bloomin' expensive!
Actually wondering .... if I take the A6 notebook and mark it up like a calender (page for every day) - I could then start the "to do" list at the top and put reminders on the bottom page .... it would keep everything together! (and hopefully more chance of me looking at it as it'll be with me all the time:T )
mmmm could spend the afternoon marking it out!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Glad the driving was ok.
I take it slightly slower.
But as I have never driven a manual it may be slightly easier IYSWIM?

So - I've sent away for an ILA funding package ... thinking of doing the ECDL if I can as the Degree's out of touch just now (and will be for quite a while unless I can find a way to substantially reduce the cost of it:().Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Can we just skip December and move to January?
Honestly, I would be quite happy .....- budgets just about there
- new spreadsheets set up
- new "to do" notepads - have ruled the A6 one this afternoon (so I can tick things off once done) and thinking I'll use that one for weekdays (as it'll fit in my handbag and that means it'll last the whole year
) and the huge / heavy / fab
one for weekends so it can stay in the house (and there's usually more on the list then!:p)
- new lever arch filing folder ready (still have loads of this years' filing to do tho':o)
- loads of other stuff which I'll add in as brain a bit mince atm as I'm so tired

What did the Dr say today?
Hopefully I'll get the hang of it (and soon:eek:) - I think it's just a bit freaky as was only just getting to grips with it (it's a very different way of driving) and I was also taught to drive on snow/ice without using my brakes (at all!) - and have always used gears to slow down in.....
A bit in limbo health wise - have Infusion end of next week but now not seeing Consultant until the 10th:(. Bit annoyed about that as it was supposed to be this week - and that's another fortnight away ..... and not feeling great tbh. CT scan appt arrived today .... 18th & they won't really know a lot until that's been doneHave OH review next week too:(
Getting a bit fed up - it takes time unfortunately and can be a bit "one step forwards, two back" and I do know people that've had bad flare ups that it's taken them 6 months to recover from  - really really hoping it doesn't take that long!
Might go down to DMs for another night soon & get a bit of pampering!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I just use my Google calendar for most reminders now. I started because I can export my work calendar to it and see on my phone when I am supposed to be where, instead of having to check the laptop. Now I am used to it, I just add notes for insurance renewals etc. All free and no excuses to miss it when it's on the phone
You can also view other people's if you need to co-ordinate with OH or kids for example.

Ohhhhh - will have to investigate that, thanks Rosa - however I will admit to not being hugely attached to my phone and am more likely to use paper:o
