Place walnut size balls on a baking sheet.
Bake until just firm - be very careful not to overbake. About 8 min at 175C/gas 6.

Enjoy!! :p

I just used bog standard veg oil and also occasionally grapeseed oil but I'm sure sunflower oil or any other flavourless oil would work.

Made the biscuits (added small pack of chocolate chips) and they are just too nice for words (and diets!)

Now I need to know how the 'Brownie' mix part works - how do I make what's left over into brownies please?
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Mix 2 1/4 cupsof brownie mix, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 cup melted butter. Spoon mixture into a greased 8x8" inch pan. Bake at 175 for 30-35 minutes.

I was wondering about trying the original recipe without the cocoa...I'll report back! ;)

It is normally SR flour in all cake mixes.

Most chocolate brownie type receipes have what seems to be an excessive amount of sugar.
