Jeez, yes. It was the first thing that I checked. I wouldn't have bothered posting on here otherwise.

As for the other arguments about collecting more than just a signature.... this morning I took delivery of a Recorded Delivery item - they asked me to print my name and to sign. Also, looking at the track & trace scan, there is a section that says 'Print Name' and a section that says 'Check and Sign'. Only the signature is captured.

Don't blame you. Some people simply don't appreciate when your trying to help. Especially when your crystal ball isn't working
