    Hi all,
Hoping someone may be able to answer a quick question for me.

I filed my claim with Barclays on last Friday 9th March and paid the court fees etc, but when I log back into MCOL it is still showing as ''Requested'' .

What exactly does this mean? I take it I don't start counting the 14 days yet?? If not how long will it take until I do start counting it??

Sorry, I seem to be having a bit of a blonde day today!

    Thank you,
    Natalie

    Hi

I sent off my Allocation Questionnaire a good few weeks ago and i havent heard anything back. Is this normal and how long do you usually wait for what i expect to be a court date or proposal?? Claim is through Lloyds TSB

    Thanks

    hi everyone

    two questions:

    1. I understood the county court allocated would be my local one - however, all correspondence from MCOl cites Northampton (100 miles away) as the County Court. Will this venue change should a hearing be set?

    2. Will I need to take all my 6 years' bank Statements to court, or worse, will I have to photocopy ALL the statements and mail them to the Court? That would be pretty expensive.

Many thanks for any light you can throw on this.

Northampton is the court nearest to MCOL and the case will be transferred to your local court at a later stage.

You need to have a list of all your charges, dates and descriptions as this forms part of your defence at court, should it go that far.

Yes it will be changed to your local court if a hearing date is set.

As for the statements I'm pretty sure they would just accept a list of dates and charges

Thank you Edinburgh lass and Pigsmightfly - that's sorted.

BUT... I have not yet recieved an 'allocation questionaire' from MCOL - simply a claim form, followed by a 'Notice of Acknowledgment of Service' from the Defendant bank.

    Am I missing something?

I have just done it yesterday so the 11th of March. Should I call Abbey to see if they want to settle or let them do the work.

I am scared about the April OFT deadline. I might lose hundreds of my initial £564 excluding interest?

You will only receive an allocation questionnaire from MCOL is the bank defends the claim
