    I did notice your post earlier today just not had time to get back to it. Basically I would agree with what you said :)

    Send them the list of charges but as you have suggested for the rest.

    Am I right in thinking all I need to do is;

    1, send letter to Natwest declining offer.
    2, send further list of charges to cobbetts.
    3, complete allocation questionaire.
    4, send letter to Cobbetts and copy to court, that a C.P.R part 18 not reasonable and intimidatory.

    Any advice or links to letters would be a great help.

    I think this is what I would do yes :o
  • Dear Edinburghlass,

    A+L have just settled my claim, which is fantastic. BTW, thanks to you and RexMundii for being legends. But my claim is currently on MCOL as ackowledged. What do I do now? Just leave it or withdraw it?

    Thanks

    I had this same thing with Mint. They had acknowledged on MCOL then I received an offer for the full amount.

    I just emailed MCOL explaining they had paid up in full and they sorted it out from there

    just read f.a.q's on the mcol website, listed next to my claim is warrant fullfilled - your warrant has been paid. I take it this means the baliff has been in touch with the bank, and they have issued paymnet? or am i mistaken?

    here's hoping eh, cheers, Ryan
