Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

I am claiming for a credit card account with Capital One which I currently have with them.
Sent all the letters then sent a fax to them as I sent a letter to them giving them 7 days regarding my charges unless I would take them to court and they hadn't replied.
Still, they ignored my fax and phone call so I filled in my claim on the Moneyclaim site last week.
Then, I have recieved a letter from them yesterday replying to my letter of 2 weeks ago saying they would put their offer up (they previously offered a stupid amount) and this is their final response to this matter.
What I need to know is:
1) I am willing to accept this second offer but can I do this if I have already started the Moneyclaim
2) If I do accept it and they have already received note from the Moneyclaim site what will happen?
Any help please?0 -

£1350 claimed
£1350 paid
Easy peasy, got to online claim stage, paid up after one day !!
Halifax
£860 claimed
£1350 paid (they read the wrong amount ) haha them !!
Halifax were so silly they couldn't even read the claim papers properly, again got to online claim stage, took 3 weeks to respond.
I am at the online stage (mcol) and it now says start in the judgment box but when i click on start it gives me two choices of judgment? The 1st one is "The defendant has not filed an admission or defence to my claim" and secondly "The defendant admits all the money is owed" It looks as if i have to click one of the boxes? I would imagine its the 1st choice, am i right?0 -

It is the first choice but you have to wait 14 days before selecting this as the bank has 14 days to acknowledge your claim0 -
Dear Simon
The defendant had submitted a defence on the 14th February 2007 and the case has now been transferred to Torquay County Court.
A notice of this has been sent out to you.
You will need to liaise with the local court from now on.

Do not use any of the following
quotation marks """"" or <> or any other funny little things that your keyboard may have it, MCOL forms wont accept it!!!!!!!!!!!0 -

Except that post was for someone else, you need posts 6 and 11 in this thread so you need to go back to the first page to find them.0 -
