This is a little bit concerning. It doesn't look like you have filled in a proper particulars of claim. You need to do this. You may have to ammend your claim in the court. You will need form N244 for this, and pay an extra £35.

No, you can only issue your claim in person at your local county court if you are applying for a fee exemption. You need to fill out three copies of form N1 and send in three copies of anything you are providing with this (list of charges etc). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Go to your local county court. Ask for 4 copies (one spare) of form N1. Take them home and fill them in. Take the forms back to the court with your proof of benefits. You do not send the forms anywhere, or deal with moneyclaim at any time. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

You can download all the forms you need from the court service website, fill them in and then take the to the court.
Might save you one trip, rather than having to go and collect them and then take them back.0 -

Hi, I have a similar letter from abbey. I did supply account number etc, but in my letter from abbey they claim I have not given any details of how I arrived at the ammount they owe me, or how the interest was calculated. I have given them this information twice already, once with each stage of the process. Do i need to send them a third copy? Also, they say that I will need to produce this evidence to the court, and i should have supplied it when i made my claim. As far as i can see from reading through the other posts, I give evidence if they defend, and in response to a letter from the court. Is this correct, and are abbey just trying to intimidate me? Abbey have also asked for my e-mail address and phone number. Can I reply that I will only accept written correspondence?
Thanks very much in advance0 -
