    Hi all,

I am just filling in the online claim form & am up to the last page where it asks for the particulars of the claim - do I just state that this is for bank charges for the past six years or do I have to provide more info ie. list of charges dates etc.

    Many thanks!
    Deb

    Hi all
My claim has been moved to Southend, and today I got this letter.

Upon reading the court file and of the Court's own initiative

IT IS ORDERED THAT the claim is stayed until 27 June 2007 to be referred to District Judge Dudley in paperwork on June 2007

Can anyone tell me what this means:confused:

Natwest has made me an offer! After ignoring every letter I sent and after proceeding with mcol I had a letter yesterday offering me the full amount minus interest. I'm accepting, but have said I'll stop all proceedings when I receive the cash. Keep going everyone... It's worth it!!
And thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way!:T

Reply expected by 3rd May 2007 - Ignored!
Threatened court action - ignored! Charged again!(even though overdraft is paid off!)
Filed MCOL claim 03/06/2007 - Acknowledged

WON!!!!! £1,110.000 out of court settlement!
