I thought colleagues had to spend £20 after staff discount to qualify to get the vouchers. It's before discount and we will benefit this from more.
If something we bought is £2 and costs £1.50 in Mr T - we pay £1.80 (staff discount is at 10%) and get a coupon for 50p. So it 'costs' us £1.30.0
