What happens if you don’t give them 30days disconnection notice?
The notice period is in the ts + cs you agreed when taking out the contract.
If you want to leave without notice they will still make you pay for the notice period, so you may as well stay the 30 days and not just waste a month's rental.0 -

Please tell us where do get the CPW T&C? I have serached high and low and can find no link on their website to the T&C agreed between you and them when you take out a contract.
O2's T&C came with the phone but that is absolutely worthless when the agreement goes through CPW - they seem to make it up as you go along and they don't send out hard copies.0
