Arrgh just got a 2/5 , book dirty and not as described ,


im now at 94 %


The book was listed as good, with very tanned page edges and creases to spine and cover (it would have been better as acceptable, i realise now )

I sent a message stating she can have a full refund as soon as i get the book back, apologised loads etc (even though i was in no mood to, it is my fault so sucked it up)

will wait to see what she says, the annoying this is I send a message on despatch and print one to out in the bag , saying 'if you have any questions contact me straight away' so she obviously just wanted to vent rather than get the problem solved.
