because amazon give the seller the snailmail option, !

Unfortunately this happened with me recently, when i actually read the feedback on every page there was several 1/5 for non delivery or contact. even though they had 97% The seller refunded me after 2 weeks , the day before the lst day , with a comment of out of stock.

I would contact amazon aswell as the seller ,

i checked her amazon account and it said delivery estimate 27th feb - 12th march!?

Was the delivery estimate the seller's or Amazon's?

Amazon give out estimated delivery dates to buyers when they purchase but the more longer estimates are to take into account overseas deliveries not the UK. Its a general statement to cover all eventualities.

You know we often discuss the 4/5 phenomenom, well I was looking at someone's feedback this morning and came across these:-

1/5 "No indication was given as to the hopeless practical use of the book"

    3/5 "Very reasonable"

3/5 "As described. Good delivery time"

The first one especially was truly peculiar. Strange buyers out there.

My sales are very slow also.

My sales are worse than slow...I'm just thankful I managed to sell a few on ebay and one on grrenmet this past week. The second month of my pro seller is up on the 8th and so far this month i've only sold 23 books, I had hoped to keep to the 30 to make pro seller worth my while.

I have a HB large print book by judith saxton and on the back there is an isbn for Uk and a differednt one for US. How do I know if I have a US version?

And I have a Selected Poems that ranges from £5 and £10 & £30 (UK sellers) so why the huge difference and where to place mine?

They will revert to a normal 60 day listing after which time you have to renew each one. If you havent that many listed its no major hassle and it does ensure that you check how competitve your prices are on each renewal.

If you don't renew the pro seller then your listings will revert back to delisting themselves every 60 days (or whatever it is ).

    Soo
