Your mistake was signing up to this bunch of rip-off merchants. They are the only company I know of with fees worse than RE. Do yourself a favour and walk away from them now.
But no, it shouldn't affect it.whitelabel wrote: »not likely
it may stop you taking their assignments though... most here have,...
I've never actually taken one from them.
It was a client I'd never seen before though so was interested to see what it was.
Not having any luck tonight; just applied to a BARE job then realised I still don't have a good enough shopper rating with them!0 -

I accepted 3 jobs from them and cancelled each once I saw the brief, which was never available until after I accepted. Although the 3rd one they also halfed the fee on me after I accepted the job so that's why I told them to stuff it.
The Bare issue can be gotten around, if you can get it done quickly for them then email the wonderful Monica and she sometimes will overlook the shopper rating to get it done fast. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

or are they the same ?
Whoops, quite right, I meant Secret Shopping Services, they were the ones I removed but for some silly reason wrote Service Scan by mistake!0 -

See above posts, I've clarified my error.0 -
Does anyone know if the 'fleece' brief is likely to be different today? On failing that, what time the company opens so that I can phone and ask them? As the revised brief was sent out on Monday after I'd gone out, so I ended up using the old planograms!
Also, do we want Service Scan added to the front page? If so, please let me know the usual details, i.e. allocation method/s and payment method/s and timescales, as I'm not signed up to them - although after reading the lovely feedback from some of you, I think I might just well do now!0 -
Check your emails about fleece job as I got an email with the updated brief late yesterday afternoon.0

I am a bit confused over the re-merchandise we are meant to be doing for the fleece jobs. I had thought we were doing that for all of the ranges but the check box/audit form that was sent out last night seems to show this is only for some of the ranges. What are others doing?
On another note I got offered the fizzy drinks but have not heard anything back about them so I am assuming someone else got them . I had said I could do them all (but did point out that some were miles away from the others and therefore the fee would need to take that into account)0 -
How annoying, their answering message says they're closed but that they open at 8.30! Will just have to try again when I've parked up when I get there.0
