Go Dazza. I must have had one of the awkward allocators. RE staff are not what they used to be. I can remember them being friendly and chatty and nice, now they are totally the opposite.
I hardly speak to the RE staff so don't care about how nice they are. But what I care about is them offering fees that reflect the minimum wage because they are failing right now.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Agreed, I think I'd rather deal with surly staff at a fair-paying company than nice staff at the likes of RE and its' ilk. Although the nicer staff do tend to be at the higher-paying companies, in my experience.0 -

Wow. That's too bad. I swear by Service Scan. Never had a problem with them at all, and the lady who allocates is an absolute love.0 -
I utterly failed to get served in an electrical retailer this afternoon. Eventually left, as it was goingto make me miss my other visits. I have manflu (despite not being a man) and it's making everything take forever. Blah!0
