No, I applied for a few, but not heard nothing yet. Have you been successful? Seems quite easy to do.

Got the email, applied for about 10. got email saying sorry but no thanks, got another email today with pretty much the exact same ones, so sent reply again and got most that I originally asked for. I assume someone thought 'no thanks' some of the visits are in one of the less favourable areas of nottingham... but I am 'ard as nails'

i gave a list of 25 id prefer to do, or if a reasonable fee agreed id do the 50 odd on the list they sent me.
I had a fee sent, and I asked for clarification if it was for the 50 or 25 as id do it if it was for the 25 but not the 50 .Never heard back, then got email again today with them all listed.
    Ive not bothered.

I know it will take ages to do some of them, esp in educational establishments, your looking at an hour easily by the time you travel, get to reception ,get in contact with who ever, get to location do it, go back to reception and sign out and then move on...
some may be reluctant to let you do it to
there are plenty of non english named stores on my list and in some ways im glad im not doing them now for the hassle of having to explain what your doing overcoming any of their suspicions, despite being hard as nails too ;)

I was paid for a September jobs (nothing for the closed shop though:()

Took two emails and there was no explanation as to why they hadn't bothered paying me.

Seems that it's a case of if you don't ask you don't get which i fin a very poor method.

I suggest you email them stating you have 7 days to respond with payment before you start court proceedings.

I have already sent emails. The last one sent 10 days ago gave a time line, now passed after which I would consider them in breach of contract but seeing as they are based in the US commencing court proceedings is not an option. Something this MSC is aware of and why I still believe they should not be on the recommended list. I appreciate your advice though.

Yup, as it went on I really struggled to understand what the questions meant. It seemed to be the same question asked 15 times.

I'm trying to register on Secret Shopping Services but it won't accept any telephone area codes - has anyone had this problem?

I signed with them six months ago. I've yet to see a single job come up.

If you have a look at US based mystery shopping forums, this company is well known for taking at least 90 days to pay its' American 'workers'... So, it's not just us UK people they're discriminating against!

Well done. There seem to be lots of work going on at the moment. Getting my spare days booked up very well. Is the rate kind of good or not for the fizzy pop?
  • Did a few jobs with GFk, this week, but one store was completely closed down. What percentage of the original fee would be reasonable? I visited, and made enquiries to see if it had moved nearby. 50%?
