    And someone just said 100%! LOLS. Glad you got something back, better than nothing. With RE, you would have had to and fro x 50 times before you get any sense out of them!.

    I've actually had a couple of closed shops with RE and they've paid up no problem :- 1 of the 2 there was a slight delay although that was a surprise as it was MS'ing for a product rather than the shop itself so confirmation would have been slightly more complicated.

    Go Dazza. I must have had one of the awkward allocators. RE staff are not what they used to be. I can remember them being friendly and chatty and nice, now they are totally the opposite.

    Yes, this is a product, well, a rep, not a shop

    I dunno, I've always found Benita to be fantastic.
    This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

  • Minor random moan....... why does a text box for naming the member of staff have a MINIMUM 30 character limit?? So you end up having to type "The member of staff introduced himself as Mr X......" Why is this necessary?!?

    Bloomin' RE. :mad::mad:

    Was the ESA travel shop not involved in a takeover/amalgamation with another company? Cant remember the details.

    The have merged some of their shops with another company.
  • Just had a message from Gap advising me I'm not required to do the motorway roadside cafe place that I'd booked as it is being permanently closed down. (That's two closed down places in as many days...) Check yours as, presumably, you wont get paid if you do them.

    They have just announced today that they are closing 67 of them. That will leave them with less than 100....how the once mighty have fallen!
