Did a TNS syndicated visit today. Got helped in the electrical section by a normal member of staff who claimed he was part of the technical team. How do I do the report? I was not served by someone from the technical team as his name badge clearly said electrical assistant, but I did not feel I could argue with him as he said he was part of the technical team. Do I just click no all the way through and say I was not served by someone from the technical team or what or do I make a note that I was served by an electrical assistant and answer as per normal? Confused dot com. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm pretty sure that not getting served by a tech advisor will invalidate the report. I'd say you was (as this is what he told you) and put in the notes that he said he was a tecky, but his name badge said otherwise. That's what I'd do anyway!

I had exactly the same. I specifically asked for a techy and got told "that'll be me then". I was paid OK.

I'm officially a wuss. Got a lecture and booted out doing covert photos in a supermarket last week. doing another today, staff everywhere. Hands shaking too much to take photos! Feel very stupid.

Do you use an iPhone? I use an app that is brilliant for covert photos.
    It's called FaceSpy Free.

Whoops, quite right, I meant Secret Shopping Services, they were the ones I removed but for some silly reason wrote Service Scan by mistake!

Thank HD, appreciate your actions. Service Scan are fine! :)

    Hiya,
There was a logger on here awhile ago and I thought I had downloaded it?? Not sure really it was some time ago! I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction!!! Need to sort out my stuff for the tax man!!!
    Thanks
  • Did a travel job for RE and it was a total nightmare - took over an hour to get a quote so totally not worth it. Have a travel job booked in for GR - does anyone know if this will be as bad as the fee's not worth it if it will take me an hour just to do the shop?

Just done the smartphone survey for GFK and everyone is right - really stupidly designed.

Nah, same happened to me a little while ago.It was a store that never gets picked up and I was passing so........... just had a few more bays to go and was rumbled.
I have been as jumpy as a jumpy thing since then. They should pay more for the one brand than others as it is a totally different job.
