Got a bit cross with my gappizza delivery today. Why can they never bring you the right dip you order? I specifically bought an extra one and they still only brought one. I rang them up to tell them to bring me the right one and they terminated the call then just ignored the request! Going to demand something free next time I ring.

If this was a shop gap won't let you complain and you definitely wont get an apology / compensation of any form. Had the worlds worst service in a gappizza sit in. I now refuse to visit it for them anymore it was that bad. Almost considered going through gap straight to head office about it.

had a phone call today asking me to do a perfume shop in one of Birminghams main city centre shopping streets on sat, no parking fee and when i asked for extra mileage, parking and fee etc for the hastle of going in to the crowds, I was told they could stretch to another £1.... what exactly do they think that is going to cover ?!?

needless to say I rejected it
but why do companies take on these clients for such low fees and then wonder why they cant get them covered...

Was this with RM? I got the same kinda call today. I was told it was uber urgent, but they were not prepared to give me anything extra. Told her where to put the visit in a nice enough manner I could.

Had a nice surprise with our favourite FF people. Offered a bonus for a job earlier on and assumed it included the usual fee and reimbursement but actually is in addition too so a very nice fee.

They rely on us referring the newbies who'll take the lower fee jobs. I know I certainly am referring less as I won't take jobs at those fees and I won't give them fresh victims to abuse with their sub minimum wage fees. Makes it hard to pull the wool over peoples eyes if they are used to looking though the wool.

RM make ESA sound like the most generous MS company ever! At least they give £3 to £5 more when it is urgent. What bugs me is I was in the town where RM had the urgent visit 2 days ago. Why they never offered me the job in the first place is beyond me, I am reliable!

RM, is that is who we are talking about, have annoyed me of late. They sent an email out listing about 10 shops of varying types in my town, I responded fairly promptly and all bar two utter dregs were left with fees that would make AA and RE blush with embarrassment. Not only that but the report was the same as if it was for a much higher paying assignment. God knows who would do them but it wasn't going to be me.

Whereas RE, who we all slag a lot, have just given me 4X the usual fee for a sandwich shop to do any day I want before Wednesday. Mind, it is the first job I've done for them in months.

I've done 3 jobs for RM, I won't be doing a 4th. Had a night mare getting paid each time, they just kept trying to weasel out of it so I've left them lie.
