So you were there as well? You must have been, to have seen them?? Who's your favourite ... I bet you're a Mark man!!!

:D Yup. Taking our lass to see Take That means I don't get nagged for seeing the Whitby Kippers at The Glass Spider before the match on Saturday anymore ;)

Is Mark the one on that X-Factor thing? The one that sounds like he's running out of batteries when he talks. Wake up marra, and try to sound a little bit more enthusiastic when you're trying to be sincere in your praising.

  • Does anyone live in/near/going to St Andrews (Scotland) or have a recent photo of a small shop PM for details
Did a job but it was dark and the photo is just a useless blur. It's a bit of a trek for me but I'll obviously go back if no-one can help out

I'm back to doing the same type of work I had before being made redundant earlier in the year, this time as a self employed contractor, hopefully have 5-6 months work initially. Just as well really as there are not large numbers of assignments available at the moment. I'm still going to continue with the MS as I was starting to get a relationship going with a few of the MSC but it's going to be mainly weekend and evening based now.

    Ah, yes. He's my favourite.
  • Did a chemist visit yesterday to check on how a product was being marketed and displayed. Everything on my checklist was a 'no'. I feel really bad, I'm such a wimp!

Not as bad as the company whose product it is! Not many seem to be recommending it if it's the same one I did for Retail Active :rotfl:

Asking on behalf of my brother: Can vouchers be used for GYP pizza deliveries? I am sure someone said a while ago you could. Can someone confirm this? Also, what kind of vouchers? Any? How about "half price if you order more than £35"? Many thanks.

Also does the blasted new "Decline Visits" bullish on GFK actually work? I've told them via the declined thing that I do NOT want to do visits in Hull and Hornsea until the end of 2012 (bloody miles away from Leeds in the first place!!), but they keep popping up! Annoying big time. Is the declined visits thing working for anyone else?

Sorry for the late reply - there's now a question asking if you used a 'coupon' so i'm guessing its ok ?

No not Retail Active but the job sounds similar. Sure the assistant must have spotted my mouth hanging open in confusion when he offered me a different product. Did your shop/shelf have any signage or branding?
