Sorry for the late reply - there's now a question asking if you used a 'coupon' so i'm guessing its ok ?

I'm assuming the said Pizza has long since been eaten... but.

I 'reckon' you can use coupon on delivery. But I was pretty sure (cant get the assignment notes as i downloaded at work) You can't use them for a walk-in counter order.

May be wrong. just wanted to get involved.

2 jobs today one shop closed for refurb one rather unenthusiastic Staff member.

Does anyone have any experience of getting a closed shop fee from checkout uk?
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Thanks angel. Pizza not eaten yet, He decided to not pick it up, the premium has gone up ever more and has now been selected. Will be doing next week. Wooohooo. I *heart* pizza.
  • I also love pizza a bit too much hence the reason why football on a Saturday is harder than it ever used to be.

Gyp email - Do 2 jobs guaranteed amount. Do more 3,4,6 - Entered into prize draw.

Such a small window and i dont know about anyone else but I can only see 2 dates available on the drop down. Get em out the way so they don't have to pay us premiums at the end of the month. How do they expect us to feed our children?? The scoundrels.

Anyroad, ESA have some shops no one is wanting to do in my area. They were due last week but no one picked them up. I could fit them in tomorrow, but only if they up the fee more or give me mileage. Has anyone ever succeeded in extra mileage with them ever?

I've sometimes been offered a very small amount (eg: 1/4 of a burger fee for a 90 minute round trip!), but never enough to convince me to do the job.

I cooked pizza for tea tonight as I ended up craving it after reading this thread earlier :o:rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

I once managed to get double the fee out of them for 2 jobs, both in the middle of no where. They had to be done that day. One of them was closed - they were short staffed so had closed completely for 2 weeks. At first the staff member was a bit stroppy, saying it was my fault for going too close to lunchtime. When I finally had a chance to speak, I was able to explain and got paid the full double fee too.

Think this was before they got quite so tight.

That makes sense - thanks for translating.

I have quite a few areas near me that I can do, checked out loads of them and they seem to be Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon in the window and that's all I could see. I've gone for a load of drive thrus, at least I don't have to eat the crummy food that way!
  • How is everyone today? Just got a car showroom circuit... think I might have to put a shirt on for these visits... :-)

Nah, it's sooo much more fun to go topless. Especially if you're a lady - really helps negotiate a good price! ;)
