I've just had the exact same happen to me. The timings were terrible but everything else was fine. And now I have to confirm a description of me, AND my mate!!! The description was miles out and I was on my own, as always.
Them burger people just can't accept a bad report can they? It's always the shopper at fault.

Sadly, yes, Gap always take the burger joint's word above that of the MS-er.

If as you say the timings were terrible, they will try to discredit you and get your report nullified and a re-shop done (because the Managers bonus is based on MS results). Claiming you were with a friend is the usual way that they do this. Gap will believe them, they won't pay you and you will probably be sacked.

Someone on here was once accused of having a baby in a pram with them when they did the job and their report was thrown out.

Don't GAP burgers already have a heads up when a MS request a receipt and immediately try to whip the place into shape in front of the MS's presence to get higher marks? And now I'm hearing they try to deny it whenever they have a bad report?

I have not done any GAP burger yet but from all the things I have heard about them here, I probably won't do one.

You don't need to do one. I don't as I failed the test! However, I asked for a receipt as it was food on a business trip and had the floorshow! :rotfl:

    it depends what you order.

if its a set meal and a receipt then yes, if its minus sauce or no ice or any variation or not a meal and a receipt and they dont react to it, as they know what the brief is

It really is a load of nonsense. TractorGirl I dont know if this has happened to someone else but I was accused of being a White female with a baby in a pram for a ESA job a few months back!

Anyone know what sort of format optimum contact user names are? Got an alert from them but can't log in as can't renembeR my user name. Have it saved on the computer but am away from it until tonorrow. Have tried all my regular ones but guess it must be the type they allocate. Am hoping it might be based on something to do with my name though!
