How many numbers in your account number? If there are only 7 you need to put a zero at the beginning to make it 8

Yup TG, Double checked that too. It doesn't like my sort code either. Looks like a phonecall tomorrow morning. :(

  • Ah thanks NIM, seemed to have it sorted, but i thought that we werent doing the 17th visit.

Cinemas, i only ever seem to get offered 1 of these a month, i have only been with them 2 and a bit months, do the offers pick up when you have been with them a while? i only seem to get offered things that have obviously been dropped as they are always urgent.

It seems to be a case of they get offered to their "regulars" and once you do a cinema it's "yours" and you keep getting offered it. If others can't do theirs then they get offered out and seem to lose them. There are 7 cinemas near me, back in May I did 6 of them, couldn't do them in June and didn't get offered them again until Sept. Did 3 then, and now back up to 4. Hoping to keep them now lol.

Should point out that the jobs are monthly jobs, so don't expect to do them more often :)

I've been trying to convince myself that I don't need an iPad for weeks now, been looking at 3G enabled netbooks instead. But an iPad would be so much cooler... :p

I LOVE my ipad2 but to be honest, printing from it isn't great. The print quality is a bit rubbish but its ok for MS notes and coversheets. Nothing to do with the printer cos if I print from the laptop the print quality is perfect.

I know that Gap aren't always great, but tried doing a stamp shop last week and it was closed for lunch from 1:30 until 2:30 (got there at 1:45) and wasn't going to be able to go back. Emailed them to say about it and as I (stupidly) didn't take a photo thought that would be it. But they emailed today to say I would get paid the normal fee for it which is nice (obviously don't get any reimbursement part but nothing to be reimbursed). So for once am happy with Gap :)

Are you using airprint and a HP printer by any chance?

No, an Epson which doesn't support airprint. Downloaded an Epson app which is very easy to use.

If you're just talking about the cinema jobs here - they are only ever done at the weekend (inc Friday) at the end of the month. There are no others. as far as I know anyway.

With the ones you were offered but didn't get, it may have been that maybe the person who usually does them said they could do them, so got allocated them again and you got the one that is now 'yours'.
