Buyer from ireland paid UK postage - not enough.

A buyer from Ireland has bought one of my items. I have UK only postage listed but she has bought and paid for this item.
I am already posting at a slight loss and the difference to post to her is approx 60p.
Because she has already paid how do I ask her to pay the extra, I.E I cant resent invoice as it doesnt give me the option as she has already paid.
How did she manage to buy it in the first place and should she not have asked how much postage was to send to her?
Thanks

What part of Ireland is the buyer from? Do they have a UK postcode. I know we have to watch our costs but is 60p really alot to lose. Could you send 2nd instead of 1st for example.0

They live in Ireland, not sure what part but it doesnt make any difference, all the same cost.
They dont have a UK postcode as they live in Ireland.
Only one postage rate to Ireland, no option for 2nd.0 -
you sure there's a difference in price? In many cases "small packets" to Ireland is cheaper than first class post within the UK0

northern ireland is part of the UK, so falls under UK postage.0

If its a postcode that starts BT then thats Belfast and is still part of the UK and uk postage0

Thats what l was basically asking regarding the postcode. Not wishing to teach anyone to suck eggs but some people get confused and alarmed when they have a buyer from Ireland. A regular UK postcode from a Ireland based buyer is the indicator that UK mainland postage rates apply.0

Refund her payment in full through PayPal, then send her an invoice with the correct ROI postage (and a message explaining what you have done). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
I live in NI so think I am well aware of the difference in post codes/ countries etc!!!
That is why I said she lived in Ireland, as she does!!
I took it down to the PO today with other parcels and it would be +60p to post. Normally wouldnt mind if it was my fault but to just buy something when you know the postage option isnt even for where u live isnt fair so I dont see why I should pay the extra.0 -
