Ended up sending an e-mail explaining that out of the flowers sent to my mum only 1 out of the lot was stood up the rest were lifeless... My mother in laws were a little better she had a couple that were still alive. This i did first thing this morning and as yet have not had a reply. Points or no points i will not be ordering flowers from mr t again
I've had problems making a complaint this week too but I wasn't patient enough to wait an hour, especially when calls are charged at local rates. I hung up after 15 minutes and e-mailed, after two days I tried ringing again and gave up after 10 mins, then e-mailed again to say how dissatisfied I was with their service. Six days later, the only response I've had is an automated e-mail aknowledging my e-mail. All I wanted was a refund for a missing item and I've probably spent more than it cost trying to contact them.:mad:0 -
Does Anyone Have A Free Delivery Code Pls. I Have Already Input One For £5 Off £50 Spend, Could I Also Use A Free Delivery Code?
Txs0 -
You could check out https://www.hotukdeals.com and select Vouchers along the top right. Scroll down to Tesco and select which one you require, check it's not invalid. I have used lots and lots of these and keep checking for updates. I have never had one rejected and have saved quite a few £5ers. Happy Shopping....... :jMummy to my gorgeous little Jack :j0

You could if you had a free del. code which didn't start with XX-. So far as I'm aware, you can only use one XX- code at a time.0 -

When doing an on-line shop with a virtual account can I give the delivery man my 100 points coupons for eg baby wipes to add on?? These are from my real clubcard mailing.0 -

No the drivers do not take vouchers or coupons, you can use them in store ,or ask to have internet vouchers instead ,which you can use at the time of ordering .Never pay more than you have too0 -

You are not meant to get the points if the spend goes below £50 but to date I have never actually spent the full £50 and have always got the points. I always try to get the original cost to about £60 (=£35ish after deals) so I can play dumb if I had to!!;):j  :j0 -
vixon thanks for that.0

As an Avid Tesco fiend now thanks to the wonderful MSE i have been trying very unsuccessfully for 4 weeks now to get a 500 points for £50 spent code. I started this at the begining of the year, had 3 codes accepted, nothing for 3 weeks, opened a new account, had 2 codes accepted, now nothing. Keeps saying Used maximum amount of times or invalid code. :wall: Am i doing something wrong.
It shocks the hell out of me when i get a green banner and a tick rather than a red one with a cross.
Any help would be fantastic
Thanks guys
