Believe it or not, they used to give you the BOGOFs anyway even if you only added one of the items, but they had to change it as they got too many complaints!! "Why have you given me twice the amount of bread that I ordered, I'll never use that much" etc etc...

There's nothing more annoying than finding you only ordered one half of a bogof! Especially if you only orderedit because it was a bogof.
Oh, except, perhaps, going into the store for one specific item, finding it was bogof but they don't have any left :eek:

Hi.
Help needed please. I placed two orders on 15th one for flowers with 500 extra points and one for groceries also with 500 extra points. Only one 500 points showing on account. How can I find out which has been credited (I do not know the exact no of points previously on my account)
OR is there a delay b/4 points credited to my account for one of these orders?

My email stated: Discounts & Promotions
500 Extra Clubcard points today. Promotion: 500 points.
Free Belgian Chocolates. Promotion value: -£0.01.
Payments: eCoupon payment: -£10.00
(eCoupon - £5 off when you spend £25 on Flowers)
I got £10 off but not the £5.
I shall keep a record and check May statement.

thanks for that, but i meant the online ones. i receive my vouchers in the form of codes (so can't use them in the shop), i wondered whether these were usable by others in the same way that the points/money off the full shop codes are. i know they can be combined with the full shop codes because i've done it myself.

just thought it might be another way to get more points.

i ordered mothers day roses for my mum and am yet to write to mt t about them. Out of the 20 only 6 were sturdy, the rest were nearly dead and had brown leaves.

I have been trying to phone for over an hour today but was engaged. Ended up sending an e-mail explaining that out of the flowers sent to my mum only 1 out of the lot was stood up the rest were lifeless... My mother in laws were a little better she had a couple that were still alive. This i did first thing this morning and as yet have not had a reply. Points or no points i will not be ordering flowers from mr t again :mad:

Someone posted some online e-codes eg 20 points on i cant believe its not butter but i don't think they worked for anyone who didn't receive online vouchers
