What's the most number of vouchers you've used at once??

Waitrose is always the best for me, I just hand over a big bunch and ask if they will see how many they can use. They are always so polite too in my local Waitrose. A couple of days ago I handed over a wad and the guy just added them all up and entered the total in. I then paid all but 69p of the balance in luncheon vouchers.
I used to have the best success in ASDA til I was accosted by a mini hitler at the self scan and verbally abused for having a trolley????
Our tesco is good too, just have to pick the CO carefully or use the self scan ha ha!

Could I please get some clarification on the whole voucher usage. So far I get that I can use vouchers in Tesco if I have not bought the items for example 50p of PG Tips Tbags, but I have 2 Somerfeild Magazines and the vouchers in there state that its 50p of whatever purchased in Somerfield ( can these be used in Tesco ). As to Waitrose, can someone please clarify what the policy is there would they for example take vouchers from the Tesco or Somerfield Magazine, a big thanks in advance.

I think the golden goose that is the Tesco fairly generous coupon policy will become extinct if vouchers other than bona fide manufacturers or Tesco own are used. I think it is cheating to try to palm off other shops' coupons that we all know cannot be redeemed.

I don't think any of the supermarkets will take other supermarket specific coupons if they notice. Personally I would be too embarrassed to try. I manage to shave about £10 a week off my shopping bill with legitimate coupons and am happy with that.
