    Evening everyone

Trying to read most days but getting little chance to post with the new jpb and trying to keep on top of house and garden. Feel like I'm failing miserably. Had another argument with dh as he thinks I have taken on too many hours and both the household and dog are suffering. I won't bore you with all the dets but I never seemed to be able to treat myself and previously earned my own money b4 we got married.

Os today done a bit in garden and walked dog oh and made dinner.

Redruby ((hugs)) I think you did the right thing speaking to your db hope he sorts himself out.
Lou - thinkiing of you and your friend.
BB hope peace reigns in your house tomorrow.
Candy - cartmel is such a lovely place. Am very jealous.
NPM - sorry to hear you are having a hard time. Hope noah feels better.
Sorry can't remember much else. Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care.

DE tried going into Advanced mode??

Just had my second Tinto Verano with Gaseosa, the former is also called "summer wine", and is not very alcoholic, the second is the Spanish version of diet Lemonade, but not as sweet, or very lemony, but goes down well, and is acceptable with my diet, as the majority is Gaseosa.;)

Haven't paid for the main TV channels as to be honest we do not watch much TV at this time of year out here, and have now found a way to get what I really need via i-player - just need to find the time to watch it. ITV3 is available free :D, and there is a good program on Rome with Gris Rees Jones on.

Been rather lazy today :o, did a load of washing, and need to re-make the bed yet, but as it is only top and bottom sheet and pillowcases will not take a mo, still too warm even with windows open for anything more. Have done a little PC work this early evening getting ready for a caravan rally we are going to run next year. Tea was a chicken breast stuffed with rocquefort and wrapped with Bacon for me, and Pork Lion slices for DH. That cleared the meat availability so better find time to shop tomorrow, but as we want to go and hear one of the life bands we like out here, might treat ourselves to a meal out :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: The only problem with going to hear life music out here, is it starts so late! This one has a starting time for 10.30p.m.

    (((hugs))) as needed.

    Take care - DG

DD had a good day at college and it looks like the course could be extended into a degree course so in 2 years she could get her BA.
She came home from work tonight and told me she hates her job and is going to jack it in (She is fed up working till 10pm every night of the week including weekends and she will need time to study, but she has a one day a week job anyway so at least she will still be earning something but will finish at 5pm ).

Redruby (((((((Hugs))))))) I know how annoying it is and as I have said before he needs a good kick up the @rse.

Maber (((((Hugs))))) Sorry to hear about MIL x

Donny Gal.. Pork Lion slices? Was that Pig with a roar? Are you sure that summer wine isn't alcoholic :rotfl:

NPM... Try a paste of Bicarb or biological wp overnight and vacuum off in the morning. If you use vodka it will set any stain in the carpet. If there is a stain try one of the stain devils that are used for washing on it
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
