*creesps in slowly* Owwwwwww, my muscles! Had my butt kicked at Qi Kwan Do last night.
Right, whilst I was out I asked OH to put a load of washing on, and he did. So, WM X 1 for last night.
I promise to do better tonight! Will post a list of things later today.
Is it weird that I dreamt about OH hoovering the living room last night?? lolFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
What happen to the nice clothes drying weather?!!
It suits my mood thoughI think AF is due as I'm as grumpy as hell and I know anything could start me off and probably will! So DD2 has been warned, she has the worst attitude ever at the moment.
Anyway, I guess I best stick the TD oncan't do much else as I have to drop my dad off to his club in a bit but I will start on my list when I get home (list too big to post :o)
Be back later :wave:0 -
Morning all, managed a good night's sleep and feel loads better for it. OH has been up most of the night so i think i'll be flying solo today. Need to get loads done today as i'm away most of tomorrow and then clubs that evening. Plus i just booked myself in to get my hair done on friday, i'm really excited about it but it will take 4 hours.....
Right i best make a start as i need to be in the town before the bank closes half day...:DSometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Morning all. Not been around due to being utterly busy and DS1 not having a good time at school, I go to post but know I'm in a crap mood and decide not to. Sat having breakfast as it's dental hospital for DS2 today so I've had to tell school if they want DS1 collected as they have already phoned to say he's not settled it must be before 10am. Everything was going so well
Anyway bedroom furniture is almost all built, wardrobes need doors and shelves in. Main baskets and rails are in so I'm sorting bag by bag of boys clothes, see what fits too as there was a lot in the muddled storage they had that didn't fit. I need to pick up a few baskets DP missed off the list in Ikea while I'm up Newcastle way. Kitchen to clear up this afternoon I think is my main task of the day, going to see puppy tonight to measure his neck for his collar I'll need to collect him with (and a cuddle) Drier isn't fixed so I'm trying my best with laundry, I've put a load out but looks like it's going to rain
Hope you all have a good day xxOne day I might be more organised...........

Good morning
Bins out, recyling out, food bin out & soaking in sink. I have stripped the bed & that is in WM. Weather looks a bit iffy, so I will stick it in the TD when it's finished.
I am off to play group in a mo. When I get back I have a few hours so I will:
wash up food bin
wash up stones/pots
washing in TD
more in WM
wipe down surfaces
email Tutor re enrolment form (again) as I still don't have username so can't start studying yet(don't want to get behind before I even start!)
more stuff that I have forgotten for the moment
I can probably do most of the above in a HHC at 10am Anyone care to join me?0 -

Flying:- I have done...well, nothing so farHopefully this evening after work that will have changed!!!
This is Qi Kwan Do: http://www.qikwando.com/
It's just another form of martial arts, created by a guy who has studied several different types of martial arts and combined (what he thinks) are the best aspects of each.
In my words: It's fun and it helps keep me healthy:rotfl:
Am a yellow belt at the moment, but will do the next one before the end of October I expect. I should've done it months ago, but I was low on moolah so had to take a break for a while.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Jools - tell your OH not to be such a wimp. There are lots of things more painful than root canals. Although my dentist does say men have much lower pain thresholds than women as far as he can tell from how they behave when he is treating them!
Some root canals can be very painful. I've had one which was fine, no problem, as the root was already dead and the infection had cleared.
But I've had two where the infection was still hanging on, and after 3 injections it was still so painful I was crying throughout the whole thing. The last one had me shaking and sitting upright to stop the treatment a couple of times.
That said, I think my experiences were just unfortunate, and not the average experience. And preferable to losing a tooth.
I did the research to see if having it removed would be easier, and the short answer is no. False teeth and implants come with their own set of issues/pitfalls.February wins: Theatre tickets0
