Afternoon, will be in and out this week. Need to get back on top of things, but must take it easy due to back.

Off to clear and wipe kitchen worktops, which is no mean feat as they are full!!!

No list for me tonight as I have Qi Kwan Do after work, so won't be home until around 9pm (ish), and will then be having a shower, dinner and probably straight to bed! lol

HUGS to all who need them, still need to catch up since yesterday.

    xx

What exactly is Qi Kwan Do? I do Tae Kwon Do, I'm only a green belt, but hopefully a blue tag by the end of the month :D

Flying:- I have done...well, nothing so far :o Hopefully this evening after work that will have changed!!!

i just got offered a job!! i never even applied!!

only thing is its only 14 hours a week so i wont get help with my childcare and my childcare is £5 more a week than what i would be earning without including the weekend care i would need.

if i could get that extra 2 hours a week i would jump at the chance without a shadow of a doubt!
  • Adamantine - well done on the job :T Can you ask if you can do the 16 hours? I think (and someone else will probably know this) that employers have to give more benefits (holiday pay/sick pay?) if employees work over 16 hours, so they may not be keen :( What was the job?

    Welcome newbies & lurkers :D

I have done NO flying :o DH has taken me out for lunch and then we went to Homebase for a light fitting for the summerhouse. We also bought a new loo seat (for downstairs) & a bolt for the front door (which doesn't fit & will have to go back :(). I also did some paperwork this morning (planning, etc). These are all on my frog and/or toots list, so that is something I guess. DH has done all the ironing :D (again!!)

I have afew hours free tomorrow, so I will try & rush through the lists then, if I don't attempt anything tonight (fell asleep at 9.15 last night!)

i will catch up later. Hugs and spoons to anyone that needs/wants them :)

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
