Bit of movement in the stash this morning. I threw out two lip balms a L'occitane one which seemed to have dried out because it felt like a Pritt stick. And another which has been knocking around so long the print had rubbed off the tube, this would have been OK but had melted in the hot weather and just collapsed. So I am down to one lip balm now.

UU of an Elemis Tranquil Touch body polish, it came as a freebie in their summer promotion, smells nice but it didn't do anything a cheaper one wouldn't have done, so probably not worth me buying it, also finished a sachet of matching body cream, again OK but very thick and didn't go far.

Finally the Clarins body lotion has finished such a shame I wish I had more, but I am going to try out the Soap and Glory body mist now which I have never tried before.

I have another UU - Dove Roll On Deo. WBA as I really like it. Not harsh on my underarms and dries quickly. I have a few more already bought in my stash.

Had a tough day yesterday. Whilst I was at work my mum was admitted to A & E with a suspected heart attack. She didn't contact me at work and waited until I was due to finish. I then had to get round to her house and pick up some of the things she needed for hospital then into see her. She just seemed so calm through it all and was more concerned about mne paying for parking at the hospital! I then left her to nip out and get her some nice food (the hospital dinner looked awful). Came back armed with some M & S food, fruit, humbugs and a nice mag for her. They were going to run more tests through the night as thankfully the other tests were coming back as negative for a heart attack.

Oh Fiasco, isn't that just so typical of a good Mum? She didn't want to bother you at work and then she worried about your parking fees.. bless her. Wasn't Jamie Oliver supposed to be on the case about hospital food? I know the Hairy Bikers have been looking into Meals on Wheels and standards there. As you are in Scotland, maybe they can bring in Nick Nairn....
I hope they get to the bottom of her problem fast and that she is soon back home, feeling better. Hugs and love to you both.

  • Hi folks

    UU:

100ml bottle of Clinique Happy Perfume - I much prefer Happy Heart, so I need to use the 50ml bottle up asap!
Benefit Dandelion Face Powder - my holy grail and I had another one in my stash :o
Olay Eye Make Up Remover - quite like this one and again, I had another in my stash :o
Molton Brown Lipbalm - gutted about this one. I kept it in my pocket at work as the air con is very fierce. Unfortunately, it fell out my pocket and I've lost it :( I'll need to buy something else, probably a wee vaseline tin as I think this was discontinued.

    INs:

Benefit Watts Up - its a beautiful highlighter. Probably not needed, but I think its very pretty and I deserve a treat :D

Fiasco - I hope your Mum gets better soon xx
