Halifax Online - Add Account ?

Similar frustrations here and for the Junior ISA too. Both of which seem to be 'branch only' with no internet access even to view, and no pass book either.

I'm persevering because of the 6% interest rate.

The above comment regarding taking away internet access because some adults are abusing the accounts for tax purposes is surely complete cobblers. If I have a child under 16 and put money into his/her Kids saver account, that might be something the HMRC might be interested in, but what interest is it to Halifax?

My childs Regular Saver account has also vanished from my accounts couple of days ago.

I am going to the branch soon. Does anyone know if I can close account there and pay out the money or do I have to transfer the money elsewhere?
Do I have to open another children's account? Do not know how it works coz that's my first child and my first adventure with children's savings

I closed it and got the funds transferred to my Halifax current account. They can give you a cheque for the balance if you like. Then take it somewhere else.
