I did consider that I'm the trustee and so perhaps it won't let me view the account.. I even tried to register my son for Online Banking but.. "d'oh" the minimum age is 16 and so it isn't possible.[/QUOTE]

I wonder if this has changed as a result of the online changes?

Both of my children (aged 11 and 14) have online access to their Expresscash Accounts.

Yup. For a new registration for online banking you have to be 16 or over.

No change for under 16s already registered.

    Don't ask me why. I don't know!

I think this may be a Lloyds TSB thing as you have to be 16 to have internet banking with them. :-(
  • I'm having the same problem with their stupid new online banking!! Can no longer view my loans online, and as a few people have noted as well, there doesn't seem to be a way to add another account :-(

wow, how odd, i did a search for "Halifax Online" as i didnt want to start a new thread either, found this thread and see your question was asked today.

i'd like to ask the same.

got online banking with current/savings accounts all listed. got the Clarity CC on its way and was wondering how online access will be achieved?

new login just for the CC or added to current online banking in some way?

    thank you.

My Halifax CC is on my online banking along with my savings accounts. It doesn't show the balance though.

I tweeted them in the end, no reply as yet either than, "when did you open these accounts?". I guess I have only had them open two weeks but still...

Mine (CC account) was auto added at the time of opening. It looks as though the add / remove account facility has disappeared at the time of the movement to the Lloyds platform. Hopefully it will Phoenix at some time in the future. All the 'Help' stuff on this just defaults into dead ends.

And - no - I'm not going to try and remove one of my accounts to see if I can add it again. ;)

It should add automatically. I do seem to remember mine wasn't exactly speedy. Give them a ring if it's fully established and they should be able to give it a nudge onto your Portfolio. But have a calculator handy - as they seem to have lost the knack of adding up. The Statement pages don't have totals and it's a DIY job .... or wait for the paper one. Not exactly progress.

They tweeted back and said they need me to call. I will do it tomorrow as I am at work all day and it will give me something to do...
