Could someone tell me who this looplotty character is?
Looplotty was another one of Perky's aliases - this time on Plenty of Fish a dating website oft frequented by members of the services, I understand. I think the profile has been deleted but during the time it was visible Perky's face was there for all to see.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Roll on schedule 4 :D .. what are you all going to do then ? - have to find another bandwagon to jump on and put the world right eh :rotfl:

You seem to have forgotten that even if you are aware who the driver is, your invoices are still an unlawful penalty. You are a private company and despite your ignorant egotistical beliefs, you cannot penalise another individual.

You have no authority whatsoever. Zero. Nada. Zip. Nil.

So to answer your question, we won't do anything at all because neither can you.

Although I'll stand corrected (please feel free to refute the suggestions, ryman) it came to light immediately before the alleged split. IIRC yet another Perky profile was found on a different dating site but I can't now recall the details. This was just over a year ago.

Again, IIRC Looplotty's alter ego was discovered when Perky came on either here, Pepipoo or CAG doing the usual trolling and inadvisedly used Looplotty as his user name as a quick Google revealed the Plenty of Fish profile. I think that's what's called being hoist by your own petard.

  • Plenty of fish and flirtbox were the dating sites that Mike Perky Perkins posted on in his search of luuurrrve. I doubt he had many takers, given his Narcissistic Personality Disorder. He would probably spend the whole evening boring the unlucky lady rigid about his latest fictitious court case and how much of an armchair lawyer god he is.

The reason other PPCs don't come on here is that they have a business to run, even if we think it is a scam from start to finish. Perky doesn't. He had a cafe and couldn't even manage to raffle that off legally.
  • His ideal date would be with someone who works at pukka pies....

Awww Perky I am disappointed you are ignoring me. :p

'Mike Perkins admits that he considered paying £5,000 to someone who responded to an advert his friend placed on the internet asking to see the entry paper to the exam his daughter Laura was due to sit...Laura did not win a grammar school place and having spent hundreds of pounds on a combination of tuition and past papers, Mike admits he probably pushed her too far.'

It's in the public domain Mike - you proud of that too? Some kids have bad genes I guess...she never had a chance of Grammar School did she?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I again state, I have never been to Bury St Edmonds and just for the avoidance of doubt there has never been a case lost at Bury st Edmonds.

Nice try at a recovery, but I don't think many will believe you.

Mind you I suppose you are telling the truth saying you have never been to "Bury st Edmonds" as the place is Bury St Edmunds!

By the way reading you latest victory, it must have been extremely taxing circumnavigating that defence! Also the Judge didn't grant you an NPO they just decided the defendant was not being truthful and was probably driving!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I didn't know that. thanks for the heads up.

I can't believe that the gravitationally-challenged pie-meister would sink to the depths of trying to cheat his daughter into grammar by flashing his unearned wad (and possibly denying a girl of better academic ability a place).

    er.. then again...

throwing personal insults at perky is a little childish, but when it comes to the guy with a face like a pug dog's a r s e (whoops! there I go again!) it can be strangely satisfying; perky is the face of an industry, whose practices range from 'highly questionable' to 'borderline criminal'. there are many walks of life which attract the greedy, the venal, the morally-bankrupt and the downright corrupt.
I've met rapacious lawyers, dodgy accountants, money-hungry dentists, unscrupulous journalists, etc. but they're not what I would call representative of their professions. the PPC 'industry' on the other hand doesn't even attempt a semblance of professionalism/respectability; it cheats, misleads, misrepresents, intimidates. it truly is out there on its own*; it has no rightful place in UK PLC.

the OP should get a grip, big up, stand firm and keep the cheque-book closed.

    * double glazing firms and people who keep phoning me at every waking hour trying to sell me insurance I don't need come a v. close joint second.
