Not that I recall.
So for buy it now you must set a reserve if listed as auction as well?
To be honest the last item sold before I had a chance to look properly.0 -

Watch your fees though doing that, you pay for the listing, the BIN and the reserve.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Can't add the reserve now anyway.
I will ride it out as I may get more than I was willing to sell for. Got no choice but take what I can get as I cannot make the concert anyway.0 -

Reserves are an expensive way of listing & a lot of buyers don't like them, you're much better listing either as a plain BIN or an auction starting at the least you'll accept for the item.0 -

As above you CANNOT add a reserve once you have a bid that matches reserve or start price whichever is higher.
However you have paid for the BIN if it was on your original listing even though it has now disappearedI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hopefully the price will climb
Auction does not end till Monday 7pm so I will get all the people coming home from pub at weekend thinking it will be a good idea.0 -

If you've already had a bid then no doubt you will get a good price for them, have you checked the completed listings to see what others have gone for?0 -

Yes, there where no listings amazingly a few days ago. The tickets have only just started being received. There are quite a few on there now.
I have the best offer now at 99p with free p&p for £70 face value tickets (ex. booking fees)0 -
Next time - just a little heads up - you don't have to start auctions at 99p. If it ends at that price - probably not but just if - you have to sell it.
Better to place the start price a little closer to the BIN price as you see what happens if you don't. Who will pay £70 when they can get them for 99p (or so the reasoning goes)?
It will probably be bid up to face value in the last few minutes but for future reference, it's usually better to get a return on something by paying an initial fee, then the BIN will not be knocked out and people may even take you up on it."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Thanks. I've learned something today by doing this. I read this section of MSE out of curiosity and never spotted the error i was making. Just as well I'm not a big eBay seller/buyer.
At least I learnt to use special delivery0
