  • Fun or not? You probably just want to be home right?

Can you cover the fare OK? My company always pays up eventually, but can be annoying if your stretched to cover things in the meantime.

Yep wish I was in bed, I go to bed quite early normally so I do feel knackered!

Yeah it's a bit annoying but will have to dip into the savings I guess until they pay up...

  • Thanks,

Yes I think it is for the best. We're good mates so I'm not worried about losing that and if I'm really honest with myself he isn't 100% right for me...

Wow, I'm seriously impressed at your ability to recognise that! Took me years to learn that lesson :p

Well done on the ebaying as well. :T

Just read some more of your posts... wishing Army Boy all the best and I'm glad you have a friendship out of your time together and are happy with that. :)

    Hello LG,

Well done on selling your stuff on ebay. You got a fantastic amount for a broken camera - well done!
I'm sorry to hear you and Army boy are no longer in a relationship together, but, like Lizzy, I really admire your ability to see that and deal with it in such a positive way. I'm still pining after someone who is completely wrong for me and I've not seen for a very long time due to him moving out of the country! Do you have any maturity spare you can send my way please? I really do admire the way you handle life.

It's great you're such close friends as that is a bond far stronger than most.

    Have a great day.
  • Morning!

good news on the ebay stuff, I am still waiting for a free insertion date (i've probably missed one!)

as for army boy, i've been there and done that, we weren't right for each other but with him being away all the time and us not wanting to be mature enough to admit it, it ended horribly I now you may feel a little let down now but you were being honest with yourself and you will realise that, thats the best thing to do it will save your friendship in the long run.

those hours are a bit mental! I worked til 6:30 last night and I'd had enough!
  • Hi LondonGirl252,

I'm just catching up on your dairy and boy you have been busy! Well done on the ebaying - I really need to give my self a kick up the backside and get on with that too but keep putting it off. :o

I bet the overtime will come in hand for the extra hours at work too. How long will this extra busy period last?

You mentioned about going to see War Horse and I would also love to see it. However, I think I will have to wait until it is on TV or DVD because I will probably be in tears - I can't watch the Horse Whisperer or Seabuiscuit without being in floods!

Keep up the good work - like someone said, it takes these tricky times to appreciate the better one and you will come through it stronger.

    Take care.
