Just read some more of your posts... wishing Army Boy all the best and I'm glad you have a friendship out of your time together and are happy with that. :)

Thank you, we were friends before so I guess it'll just be business as usual not heard from him since he left the UK but Im sure we'll catch up when he is home and has 2 months off

    Hello LG,

Well done on selling your stuff on ebay. You got a fantastic amount for a broken camera - well done!
I'm sorry to hear you and Army boy are no longer in a relationship together, but, like Lizzy, I really admire your ability to see that and deal with it in such a positive way. I'm still pining after someone who is completely wrong for me and I've not seen for a very long time due to him moving out of the country! Do you have any maturity spare you can send my way please? I really do admire the way you handle life.

It's great you're such close friends as that is a bond far stronger than most.

    Have a great day.

Thanks! Yeah Im quite chuffed on that one - amazing what people will buy!

hehe Thanks, Ill package some off to you! Though to be fair, when he is back on English soil I may feel differently but hopefully not. Its a shame but the right thing, he needs someone who wants the same as him and I need some one ..... just different.... hard to explain....

    Have a good day!

  • Morning!

good news on the ebay stuff, I am still waiting for a free insertion date (i've probably missed one!)

as for army boy, i've been there and done that, we weren't right for each other but with him being away all the time and us not wanting to be mature enough to admit it, it ended horribly I now you may feel a little let down now but you were being honest with yourself and you will realise that, thats the best thing to do it will save your friendship in the long run.

those hours are a bit mental! I worked til 6:30 last night and I'd had enough!

There was one last weekend - missed it too!

Yeah Id hate for it to end horribly, luckily he is very honest (sometimes too much so) so we had a frank conversation and that was that! lol Sorry you had a bad end to that one.

Yeah its crazy I want my life back please!!!

    Hi LondonGirl252,

I'm just catching up on your dairy and boy you have been busy! Well done on the ebaying - I really need to give my self a kick up the backside and get on with that too but keep putting it off. :o

I bet the overtime will come in hand for the extra hours at work too. How long will this extra busy period last?

You mentioned about going to see War Horse and I would also love to see it. However, I think I will have to wait until it is on TV or DVD because I will probably be in tears - I can't watch the Horse Whisperer or Seabuiscuit without being in floods!

Keep up the good work - like someone said, it takes these tricky times to appreciate the better one and you will come through it stronger.

    Take care.

    Hey!!

Overtime?? Whats that??? lol no we dont get paid overtime unfortunatley, im really lucky that my boss is great and I will get a day or two in lieu. Our accounts are due on the 25th of this month so until then I guess but I think it may get easier between now and then

I know! I think I might have to do that! LOL I cried both times at the theatre!! Have you seen International Velvet? Wonderful film!!

    Thank you, thats really nice

    Take care

  • Morning gang,

So here I am up at this ungodly hour... why??

CIMA results days - remember that exam I took in November....

Woke up randomly at 3am, couldn't get back to sleep, phone pinged with email at 3:11am and.....

I PASSED!!!!! 66% my best score yet! SO chuffed, I haven't been able to get back to sleep since! Today will be a very long day! Thanks everyone who kept me going when I was uber stressed at exam time! Can't wait for the world to wake up so I can tell people!

So now, the biggest challenge yet, in May I have 3 to take, will send the forms off today to book the classes and get cracking!
