Morning all,
Quick update! Last night drinks at my friends office were great fun! The recession aint hit them thats for sure! They'd put on a superhero themed party in their canteen and decorated it all, laid on food, drinks, had actors, DJ, raffle (free to enter!) and they'd got these 2 great big F1 toy cars hooked up to a simulator so you could race each other round a lap like on Top Gear! Great fun! AND I didn't spend a penny so NSD no5 in the bag! Half way there, can still make the target 10!
BUT
I did drink a little too much and have a stonking hangover so I haven't started that exam yet
Have been to tesco and bought the groceries I will need to get me through the rest of the month so hopefully minimal spending. Only spent £9.25 there were some great bargains to be had.
I'm going to sit and start it now, I have 3hrs 20mins if i do it to time. So will report back if my hand isn't falling off!Santander 0% £1,529.94

Yeah but he's out in the sticks and I have like no idea how I will get there...
And now have lost my camera....can find the bag - just no camera.....Sure I had it after the party last weekend...Just no idea where it is...
But the good news is I found a leather arm chair down stairs in the lobby (waiting to go in the rubbish) so that's my new arm chair (had been wanting a sofa but beggars can't be choosers and like it'll give me more space)..
Independant feisty girlie to the rescue..One two seater sofa yanked to the bottom and squeezed in the lift ably aided by the nice bin men who took it off my hands when I got to the bottom :T...
Yay...God is good

God I'm annoyed at myself for being so hungover!!!
I have managed half the exam so far. I tried it earlier but felt sick, so had to lie now and had a nap. Have just completed the first half, then felt woozy so am having a break for some lunch then I'll do the rest. Have still timed myself and making sure i stick to time but it's not exactly realistic, having a snooze and eating inbetween!
ah well. Tomorrow and Monday I will make up for it.Santander 0% £1,529.94

Still struggling to finish the exam, feel v nauseous!
Been distracted for the last hour with talking to my friend in Afghan online. Well, he's a little more than a friend now
Long story short. We met about 6 years ago through having the same group of friends. About 5 years ago we had a little fling but nothing came of it. I was v young! Since then, always been mates, flirted, occasional kiss etc hung out when he's been around and kept in touch when he's been away. He's had a few gf's come and go as I have bf's. Before he went to Afghan a few months ago we were seeing a lot more of each other and spending time together. We had both agreed we wanted nothing more and were happy with the arrangement. It suited us both with where we were in our lives. Since he's been away and we've gotten close via letters, emails, skype.. we've been questioning whether we should be anything more, today we spoke about it properly and decided to spend more time together and see how it goes, so now i'm quiteand now even more distracted from homework!
Just wanted to share!Santander 0% £1,529.94

Oooh, a possible Rooooohhhhh-mance! Hopefully that helps compensate for the hangover.
Er... did you get the exam finished?
You have been working so hard, I expect you have some eye strain too, which doesn't help. Are you going to take the evening off? Unwind a bit? Pretty please?
Erme - well done on the leather armchair! Now I can foresee you are going to do a Memory Girl act and transform it into something amazing with a bit of polish and imagination. If that was me I would immediately go out and spend on leather wipes at least, probably saddle soap too if I know me! Then I would want a cushion and a throw... not to mention the perfect reading lamp next to it.
You, however, are going to be much more self-controlled.
Enjoy.
(Must stop typing that in because I keep putting :0 by accident and one day I won't spot it).

Hopefully!Yes it does for sure! He's 33 and I'm 23 so he's worried about age and wanting different things but I'm a mature 23 (I am told) and reckon it could work if we give it a go. CANT WAIT for him to come home now!
Exam almost done, I have one Q left but will do that first thing tomorrow. I am indeed going to wind down tonight as you're right my eyes are killing! Strictly, X factor and Jungle are all lined up!!

URGH
Just marked that exam paper, and to be honest it's hard to mark properly as they didn't give the marking scheme just their suggested answer which they say themselves could vary massively from a completely different answer that might also score high. Even so, I don't think I did particularly well I didn't mark all of it as 2 of my answers were so different to theirs.
Just fed up of it now and want it to be over!
Will pick up the books again in an hour or so and read their answers properly and pick up what I missed.
Today should be a NSD hopefully, I do need to send mum and dad an anniversary card though but that can wait a day or two.Santander 0% £1,529.94
