So what is the ear problem Chap ?
When i were a lad had tickets to go see meat loaf, woke up on morning of concert with the worst ear pain, felt and sounded like something climbed in ear and was eating me.
Doc said I watched to much doctor who, turned out to be inflamation from a bug bite. Bloody painful so you have my sympathy.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
I shudder when I hear people talking about ear pain. I can still remember my older cousins showing me a Star Trek film (think it was wrath of Khan) where they put a helmet full of creepy crawlies on someones head ...... I can't go on as I'm cringing so much. And on that note, I'm out! Night folks.0

Finally caught up with the thread
This has just happened to me Beki...... I paid for mine at a manned till with all my other shopping. I will call HO tomorrow but not sure what they can do now as I had to accept a refund
You were FORCED to accept a refund under duress. The supervisor was wrong. Explain your case, and you have the anecdotal evidence that more than one member of staff checked the barcodes etc. Tell them not only do you want DTD, you also want a personal apology off the member of staff due to their stubborn arrogance even though it was clearly obvious they were wrong.0 -

Well, after sitting in the waiting room for what seemed like forever with a load of screaming kids *shudders* I got to see what I would say is the nicest doctor I've ever met (apart from a student friend of mine but that's a whole other story, in fact he isn't really a friend anymore, whole sorry episode ended rather badly:eek:). He was funny and very down to earth, sat there in a tracksuit he was.:rotfl::rotfl: I *whats the word?* gel? better with people like this rather than posh bu g g er in their fancy suits and ties. I should have asked him what practice he is with so I could register there.
Anyway, I have a bad infection and I've got to take ear drops (Gentishone) three times a day and he also gave me some Flucloxacillin to take as well. He said he could see where I had been poking around and that I hadn't done any damage.0 -
