Yay ~ S L 0 U G 4 ~ mentioned ~ all the posts I've ever seen mentioned are either miles away or places I've never heard of.........although, I've moved now ~ H W my local now but still work in Sluff!!
Am desperado to find an offer on a Baby Annabell doll, anyone seen or heard of one...
Thanks S x X x
P.S. thanks to you all for the wonderful tips etc, have managed to get a few but seems to have LOTS of TROUTS at my local T's ~ Grrrrr!! Felt like telling some hard faced moo today that it wasn't actually HER money!! Ahhhhh, feel better with that off my chest x
HW used to be my locals...the town centre one(probably with the trouts you're talking about LOL) might be good for bargains(got the pjs there on monday) and L0udwater is good for dtd
shame there are no workings scanners there(or I never found any)
good luck and I hope you manage some nice bargains :T0 -
rhosynbach wrote: »hi i have just back from tesco where i had to return two of the items i got there and realised i had forgot the paperwork at the desk and the girl said dont worry and scanned them and refunded me what they scanned at she apologised that one item scanned at less than was on the ticket as it was a sale item but she put it on a gift card for me.. £20 back
Thanks. I don't think they sell the items I bought online in my store though (only have limited clothing), which is why I'm not sure how they would do a refund.0 -
Celebrate.. that is Sooooooo funny, i actually laughed out loud..... i would do exactly the same though... no shame me!!
still no luck on fiding the money though, but managed to source a little, plus gonna do a car boot on Sunday... so hopefully can re-couperate a bit back at least. xxProud Mummy to a new little girl - Phoebe... born 11 days overdue on 3rd Jan 2012.0 -
ihstress-i have a couple of items to return as well
on the invoice sheet you get with the goods for some reason they itemise the discount onto each item, for example i bought a pair of trainers that were £10 but on the invoice it says they are £5.60
so if you took them back not sure if you would get the £10 or £5.60
has anyone else tried to refund -when I last read the T&C's it did say they do take account of any coupons/discounts
I may just try for an exchange with mineGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

i couldn't keep a straight face, but it was either that or face CS afterwards-would have been even harder to think of an excuse of why I wanted a refund on 10packets of kellog's variety and 4 pairs of socks just keeping one pair of 4p socks, my goodness would never have the nerve......well maybe:A:D;)GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

HappyChappy, hope everything is ok, glad your finally getting it sorted.
I hope none of you are near taunton, just seen on the news the "worst road accident in memory" on the M5 20 cars and 6 trucks absolutely devastating. :A
On a tesco note, what was the deal with the salter scales? I've seen loads in my store yesterday but couldn't remember what I was looking for:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0 -
Ha, Ha, Celebrate - that sounds like me.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I get in a right flap at checkouts at the best of times and my face goes even redder than it normally is. I'm usually too busy trying to pack to notice the price of things as they go through.
Was it 'our' churchy town centre store that had the 49p cereal? If so, have you seen any 4p clothes in there?
I'll be popping in there in the next day or two to get a xmas tree and return some clothes.
Take care.
G'night all. Wish the forum wasn't shutting early (for me anyhow) ............0 -
Celebrate I probably shouldn't laugh but I did! Haha brilliant bet he hides if he see's you again
OH has just given me permission to do a midnight trip to T's....on monday night...ready for Modern Warfare 3
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0 -
Hey Cherniacha
Lovely to meet you!!
Oh yep, I'm guessing you've encountered the Trouts I have too, breed of their own they are!!
Monday, well I was in on Monday collecting a clothing order, some v young girl on CS Desk obviously felt inconvenienced having to look for my order and wasny too pleasant. Had had a look at PJ's (mens) but wasn't sure how I'd find out the price, didnt wanna CS desk them as previous posts suggest they'll refuse to sell them to me......was it the ones marked up at £4.00????? Ran onto not so QUIET WATER tonight on way home but had two children in tow so couldn't look at toys (damn, need bb annabell) but no nivea deodorant or cereal multi-packs.
Thanks
