I don't mind getting the actual discounted price I paid refunded - I'm just concerned about what I actually end up paying for the items I keep.

Don't think they have them in the town centre store to exchange (plus my son not really keen on keeping them)

Here is the 'blurb' from Tesco:

I had to take the clothes back to store my OH didn't want & it was easy. The Customer Services lady just scanned their tags & then changed the price on till to the actual price I'd paid (right hand column on despatch note) & refunded me & removed CC points as well. :)

Girls I can confirm that the grey ones with a price tag of £16 and a barcode ending in 50257 do indeed scan at 4p! I searched high and low today for the blue ones but nothing, so tried my luck with the grey and found one lonely one hidden amongst the £18 ones!
I'm going mad;) when I read that I just shouted "NO" at my lappie
I've seen loads of these today, I've moved them out the way to check at the back of the rack for the blue ones :eek::eek::eek: What a B**ody doughnut I am!!

Which bit would describe you best? The outer ring or the middle bit? Or the whole doughnut or the filling? Depends what your favourite doughnut is.

Morning all, I found the dj hero 2 yesterday but it had £45 on the SEL, still not bad as it works out about £10 after DTD but have since found out my lil brother already has it :( so what are my options? Can I take it back to my local (a metro that doesn't sell it) or price check it with asda (it's £20 in asda)? I am guessing the price check wont work as it isn't a 'grocery' item.
Best bet to take it back to the original store?
    Any help appreciated :)

    Morning all
unfortunately they only exchange faulty items..and you will only get back the price you paid...

The SA scanned the barcodes on mine and I though, brilliant i'm getting full price back:D but alas only the price I paid!:(

ihstress-i have a couple of items to return as well

on the invoice sheet you get with the goods for some reason they itemise the discount onto each item, for example i bought a pair of trainers that were £10 but on the invoice it says they are £5.60

so if you took them back not sure if you would get the £10 or £5.60

has anyone else tried to refund -when I last read the T&C's it did say they do take account of any coupons/discounts

I may just try for an exchange with mine

I might just end up returning ALL my clothes order. It will be less complicated. Oh well, on to the next glitch.

it not complicated, just take back the items not wanted and the'll refund you...You will still get the discount on the goods you keep...:D

I sleep naked but when I get up I put my jammys on, when I go out I change in to jeans and a t shirt, get home back in to my jammys.

That's alright, it doesn't get much use anyway, through choice that is. :)
Too much info:eek:

cr@dley he@th have scanners and that's not that far from the zoo, can give directions if you need them x

Humph. Can't go Dudley now. I didn't get much sleep and my back is too bad to travel. The rest of the family are going without me :(

I will certainly earmark that store for next time then.

    Many thanks :)
