Finally caught up with the thread :)

This has just happened to me Beki...... I paid for mine at a manned till with all my other shopping. I will call HO tomorrow but not sure what they can do now as I had to accept a refund :(
I just read yours that really sucks hope HO sort it for you! :(

I posted on my phone so sorry it was abrupt.
Really annoyed I was actually having an asthma attack as I went through check out (good timing but not on purpose) went to car calmed down a bit and went back in. spoke to CS who went to check, 20 minutes she comes down with a ps3 box (mine was xbox 360) and said yep fine will sort it out. She said I'm going to be a bit cheeky and save on paper work and put it through as a refund and handed me 44.99 in cash... I just looked at her a bit bemused. I said well actually I paid on my card and she said yeah I know but this will save a heck of a lot of paper work as I'm not in the mood, then I said about DTD and she said oh no sorry it doesn't apply as you went through self service  I would have argued but I could feel my chest starting to tighten and I didn't want another attack.
So now I am down money in the bank which I couldn't really afford and I hate having cash as I tend to spend it on random crap. Will defo be ringing HO in the morning!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Girls I can confirm that the grey ones with a price tag of £16 and a barcode ending in 50257 do indeed scan at 4p! I searched high and low today for the blue ones but nothing, so tried my luck with the grey and found one lonely one hidden amongst the £18 ones![/QUOTE]

I'm going mad;) when I read that I just shouted "NO" at my lappie
I've seen loads of these today, I've moved them out the way to check at the back of the rack for the blue ones :eek::eek::eek: What a B**ody doughnut I am!!

Went to my local store and found the impulses £1 bogof SEL £2.03 and Kellogs variety 49p SEL £1.98. Also loads and loads of harrys nuts in the wine aisle. Bought enough for a year:T Sill looking for the bed guard around the bristol area. Regards.

I got a bed guard in bradley stoke a few weeks ago and the chicco pram in there was scanning at £17 so will keep my eyes open, where did you get the knives and chuggington I asked DH to look today and he couldnt find anything :( Will be out and about tomorrow is there anything else you need?

That made me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Thank you x
BTW I must ask what size are they ;);)

Got 2 medium and 1 large hence the 2 barcodes. I'm hoping for someone to fill the large ones ;)

I think my local have cottoned on to the 4p items. I found 2 pairs of AW10 jeans including one pair that I got for 4p in another store earlier in the week but they scanned at £11  It's a challenge now to try and find cheap clothes even if it only goes to charity. To think a 4p pair has gone up by £10.96 in 3 days makes me glad I got them and hopefully Ts will still have them in years to come as no-one will pay that amount for them.

Favourite find Boys England Rugby shirt age 11-12 4p! I was so shocked as I also picked up a 2-3 yrs one which scanned at £10.
