Back home now..... they had the Babyliss trimmer things in Walsall, but it had a stickered barcode over the actual box barcode... and scanned at full price... Boooooo
So, feeling a little deflated, and in need for a glitch, off i trop to another store.... managed to find 2 of the bathrobes - Thankyou to you all who helped out with the barcode via the Hubby..... Hes a good un bless him. lol.
there were also a few other bathrobes, same packaging, same price, same AW10 code, just different barcode as i think they were a differnt colour... Grey rather than navy... has anyone checked these yet??... they dont have a SS at the one i was at so couldnt check.. gonna risk going through SS tomorrow morning with them and try my luck.... if they do scan cheaper... does anyone want me to grab them one?? - feel like i owe you all big time after all the support and advice you have given me recently.... I promise i will shut up moaning now.
xI've seen loads of the grey ones and did'nt think to scan them:o
Girls I can confirm that the grey ones with a price tag of £16 and a barcode ending in 50257 do indeed scan at 4p! I searched high and low today for the blue ones but nothing, so tried my luck with the grey and found one lonely one hidden amongst the £18 ones!0 -
stop talking and get walking:T
Love it! made me smile
Yes miracles do happen LadyLeenie :T
Glad you're now going to be helped HappyChappy, and thanks to your friend for taking you off to A&E.
and to sunshinestars OH, well done for biting the bullet and posting on here on her behalf!
I did venture out Fudge, no frozen goodies, no bathrobes, no lynx, no reduced bread/buns/cakes/fruit/veg/flowers...... and no trays
Will have to look at a bigger store on Friday... but Morrisons had a whoopsied cooked chicken, that will be good for myself and DS2 for a couple of meals
