OMG!!! :mad::mad:
Going to T's is seriously bad for my health...... I dread to think what my blood pressure is at the moment.
Went to do my weekly shop and happened to see the DJ Hero 2 bundle for PS3 priced (SEL) at £19.99. Only one left on the shelf so I took it.
When I finally finished my shopping and paid I saw that the DJ Hero had gone through at £79.99 :eek: I went to customer services and was told as it had just gone 8pm the electrical desk was closed and they couldn't do anything about it. I argued that I may not be able to get back to a Tesco's over the weekend and I needed it sorted now. As the SA was on her own, she called out for a colleague (a young lad) to go and check the SEL. I went with him and on looking at the SEL he agreed that the description and barcode definitely matched the item. He removed the SEL and took it to CS and told the SA that it definitely matched the product. She said she could only give me a refund if I didn't want the product!!! I asked to speak to someone else and she put a call out for someone from the electrical team. A supervisor arrived and the SA (lady on CS) went over to the side of the counter and told her what had happened. The supervisor said "that's not the label for this product, this product is definitely not £19.99". I explained that both myself and both SAs had checked the description and barcode and they both matched. "Well the label and barcode may match the product but this label is definitely not for this product it's for another product" the supervisor said. I argued "Are you trying to tell me that you are selling two totally different products with exactly the same barcode and description". All she said was "this label is not for this, this is £79.99". She would not even consider DTD, I could either have a refund or keep the product for the price paid.By this time there was a crowd of people queueing for customer services and I was late collecting my daughter from a firework party so I got a refund and took her name and all details of the SEL and product and told her I would be contacting HO in the morning. :mad::mad:
Obviously the problem I have is that there is now no SEL (should have taken a picture on my phone I know) :mad:If at first you don't succeed ........Alternative autism therapies should be free!!
