I think that would be what I would have done, bursting into loud floods of tears and crying quite loudly, pointing my finger and saying

'He thinks im faking my pregnancy, he thinks im stealing things, how could you say such a thing to a heavily pregnant woman, OMG I think my waters have broken, please fetch me some warm water and some towels...and the manager!'

  • OH MY GOODNESS!!!! IM FUMING!!!!!

Just popped into the Ts in question from my earlier post... needed some juice for the kids and wanted to see if i could get my hands on a few woopsies.....

Managed to get a couple of bunches of flowers, some salmon and some chicken.. so a happy bunny i was!!!...... I decided to just ignore te security guard that followed me around as usual, and took my time.... after all, im heavily pregnant, so cant exactly zoom around the shop...

anyway, DH then called and told me about the tens, so i went and scanned one... yep, came up at 75p... so i got 5... left plenty on the shelves..

made my way to the checkouts and went to a normal till operator.... just to confirm that i was all above board.....
went through the tills no problem..... it was on the way out that THIS conversation came about....

Security - 'Excuse me, can i stop you a sec please?'
Me - 'Yeah, course... whats the problem?'
Security - ' I was just wondering, why you have baught 5 tents?'
Me - '..... Because i like camping..... why??''
    Security - 'Just wondered'
Me - 'Oh, right, ok....., can i go now?'
    Security - 'Is that real?'
    Me - 'Is WHAT real?'

Security man then pointed to my bump......

Me - ' You mean my tummy??!!, is my bump real???'
Security - 'Yeah.. are you really pregnant?'
Me - 'Course i fu**ing am!!... are YOU for real??!!!'

I then lifted my top to show my tummy and told him that this wouldnt be the last of this..... called him a wierdo and i walked off!!!

    HOW BAD IS THAT!!!!!!

OMG! thats horrendous. you definitely need to make a complaint to HO and tell them how he's been following you for weeks and now this. (((((((hugs)))))))

Hi everyone - long time lurker here who has finally come out of the dark and got round to registering with the site so I can post!

It's great to see that there are others on my stomping ground - SW Scotland. I got DTD on the kids wear jeans & shirt set at Cuckoo Bridge early this afternoon - the CS didn't even flinch, she just said "oh yeah this isn't coming off - I've just had someone else with the same thing". £1.50 after DTD for a shirt and jeans set, don't mind if I do. Have any of the other locals noticed how different prices seem to be between Cuckoo Bridge, Peel Centre and CD?

I had a good spell last week with ood sels on TCOs (I missed the original glitch as I was on holiday) - ended up with 12 TCOs foc after DTD between 3 stores :)... mind you we have eaten 2 already so they may not last til Christmas.

I think Mr T's have got a bit of a vendetta on us MSE'S  They know we're out there, but don't really know how to deal with us!! They send in the 'heavy mob' (who haven't got a clue!) and expect us just to walk away when it's they who have made a mistake. Stand your ground. If they've made a mistake it's their fault, you've done no wrong. It's not a crime to claim a DTD as it's in their policy. It just points out to them that they've f**ked up again and want to punish someone, i.e. you!! Stand together and firm. WE'LL WIN.

You joking. Its been non stop from 4. I used 3 buckets of sweets and we are meant to be rural but parents seem to drive their kiddies from house to house. There are only 18 children in my boys class and thats 2 years mixed up. At least 12 came around tonight with big brpthers and sisters and even a dog in full costume!

:rotfl: we had a girl come round in a banana costume tonight. Get's my vote for orignality :rotfl:

Sunshine - that is appaling. I beleive that people have been known to use 'fake bump's' to hide goods in but that is really shocking how the security guard handled the situation and I would definitly be complaining to HO.

Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(
