getting friendly with the smilies? ;)

artha, the difference is you came on here and basically verbally attacked us!(or at least were up to stir things up which is not something we like here) Like we're the worst in the world, why do we hide bargains from others? how do we dare looking for dtds? etc.

Cmon czerniacha please lets see a bit of even handedness to show that really is a friendly & honest thread. I never said any of the things in the tone that you are implying above.

At least I've never implied let alone said on this thread that everyone is immoral and dishonest! Is it just that I've become the latest whipping boy taking the place of the few on here who've been given a pretty hard time recently?

At the end of the day I suppose people will just read into things what they want.

This is the most welcome thread on MSE. IF you have been treated unfairly then I'm sure you will get a sorry. I give everyone a chance & can only advise but I try my best not to judge anyone. I may not agree with people but that may mean I'm wrong. I like the rest on this thread are here just to save money :D

    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S

slightly off topic but i know one of you guys will be able to help... you know everything!!

i was given a gift, which i don't need as i already have one. i asked my mum where she got it from and she said tesco but she no longer has the receipt for it. could i still return it? i'm happy to have a credit note, or even get something else for a swap. do you think they would be ok with this? the barcodes match as i checked in tesco last night. (it's an epilator but i don't need it as i already got one in the old box for £7.50)

    any advice?

All these glitches, coupons and ideas are helping me to save for a flat on a very modest income:rotfl:. I've also been through some tough times( had to pay for solicitor on modest income, OH out of work twice) but when you get through it, you will be very proud of your achievements:T I'm also about to finish my ou degree. It's all down to living frugally and stubborness of course.

Morning everyone, Just caught up with last nights posts and could relate to a fair few ;) Wanted to quote so many, but decided just to say to everyone who needs it "Things do get better" even though you can't see it sometimes:) Never thought that I'd remarry but I did, and when I look back on my first marriage can't believe I didnt leave sooner. Can remember saying to my mum "It's so lovely DH2 does this, that or the other" And she would tell me that was normal, I had just thought my first marriage was "normal" and it so wasnt!
Anyway waffling there;) Really want a nice big glitch, maybe like the battery glitch:T and Czerchy need you to confess what you do soon, the suspense is killing me!!!
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Several posts on various threads over the last few days. including an email sent out to someone who contacted head office. Yes, it will be ending, although I think the date may be 31st October?

Cashiers tills come up with a message on them too.
