I've done that before but not deliberately. Mind you seeing how they're constantly changing the goal posts (no Asda DTD, double cc points, competitor coupons, epic fail with price drop etc etc) I don't see why not.

Exactly one thing I can't stand is people moving the goalposts especially Tescos but I think this afternoon I may wish they had :rotfl:Chelsea awaits

What's the key to losing a bit of weight, Blondy? Need to shed a bit off my @rse myself :D

    Plus the beer belly.

    Not forgetting the moobs. :o
I done Slimming world the MSE way, just go to one meeting (first is usually free) to get the books and a gist of how it works and do it on your own I lost 3 stone and my FIL has just got to 3 stone loss too.
I'd never eaten so much before and you can have choc and crisps. :)
My mum had a gastric band and we lost the same amount of weight in the same period :)

I'd remove the photobucket link as your album is public and all and sundry can see ALL your pics.

Very well done though. I'll stick with my see-food diet for the time being then once things settle down I'll start getting out walking and eating healthier.
