Hi, I've only just discovered this thread and I want to say a great big thank you to everyone who has posted about their great bargain finds. spent most of the day yesterday reading through the thread - DS was having a grizzly day on the sofa teething, so as soon as he went to bed I headed out to 3 Mr T's in South Lanarkshire and managed to bag the following:-
2 zubber @60p
2 Moon dough @£2 (the breakfast set scanned at full price so that's going back!)
3 casserole dishes @8p
Thomas invites 75p
A5 zipper bags 10p
2 lasagne @17p
3 pasta @ 22p
dog tennis ball launcher 75p
dog squeaky toy 62p
learn together word magnet set 50p
plenty 6 rolls £1.84
cotton tablecloth 70p
shower cream 2 x vanilla, 2 x coconut @25p
A5 dividers 10p
Best grandad in the world socks in the £1 clothes sale but scanned at 25p
Creme brulee packet 37p
Cars ready bed scanned at £16 so I put it back
Also found a couple of other discounts that I don't think have been posted
Colmans Lemon & Herb marinade 22p
Muc off screen cleaning go kit - was with the pc stuff. SEL was £4.97 but it scanned at 50p. BC 5030578131061 great stocking filler but was only available in the extra store - be aware that it has a security tag if you go though self service tills lol!
twin DVD player was available in the L3smahag0w store SEL £79 but scanned at £50
Also, for info there is a scanning point in the L3smahag0w store in the bottled water aisle. Scanning point in the C04tbr1dg3 store under the escalator but wasn't working, couldn't find a scanner in the B3llsh1ll store at all.
I can see this getting very addictive0 -
me too - what are Maggies? what did I miss? lol
Maggie's were Cinderella electric toothbrushes from the DTD days. We called them Maggie's cause they looked like Margaret thatcher ! If I remember rightly they were £10 in Tesco but only £2 in Asdas so you got a £16 voucher back! I might to to vacuum and wembl*y tomorrow to have a little look for some more stuff...

Thanks jaggyman. As long as I have my health and my boys, life doesn't get any better. God now I'm welling up just typing that. I really am the luckiest girl alive as my sons have been a blessing. DS1 is just the best most helpful and cutest wee fella about. DS2 was admitted to hospital at less than 48 hours old and had to endure a lumbar puncture, IV antibiotics, regular blood tests and lived in an incubator for 3 days and was in for 5 days. To this day I don't know what "infection" was picked up in his blood work but he's here today and he's my wee giggly boy.
.
Caz, the best way to get revenge on your ex is to be happy and settled with your boys. The road may be rocky right now, but you can and WILL get there.0 -
Hi, Does anybody know if there are scanners in the Wigan extra or Leigh store please?0

Morning everyone
Just been catching up on the last three days posts as been pretty busy and only managed to pop in every now and then. Not sure if I'm going to Mr T's or not yet, depends if I can get a lift from my mum lol. Will keep you updated though.
Good luck to everyone on this beautiful sunny day0
