Why not send a PM to Malc? - see if he can check the current process and clarify and maybe even help you get your certificates back?!

Hi Andy

As above, MSE doesn't let company reps use Private Messaging but there's an email address in my Profile for customers needing me to check out their accounts.

Hope this helps.

I am an official company representative of E.ON. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

I couldn't see a facility to PM him either. However, his MSE public profile does list an email address for him :-

Thanks Eric. That's the best way to contact Helena, Amy or myself offline. Did you need me for anything in particular?

Glad all went well pinnks and thanks for letting us know. I'll feed this back too.

Also pleased your using our online service. It had a bit of a tricky start but the IT guys have been working hard to make it better. In fact, they're still looking at improvements so watch this space as they say.

No, I was just posting your email address for the benefit of 'Minrich'.

It's a shame that there doesn't seem to be a similar facility to contact a Scottish Power representative ! They owed me £90 when ceasing to be my supplier two years ago and apparently feel that because they gave me £30 for a different error at about the same time they have discharged their debt.

• Hi - we were one of the first people to take advantage of the feed in tariff and before April were receiving 48.07 pence per unit. I recall its index linked. Does anyone know what the new price per unit is for my FIT now ?

thanks

Good Energy, good in name only and careless with your data it appears :(

They take 8 weeks to pay your FiT.

Had an email yesterday:
Dear Generator

Acc No. : xxx
FiT ID : xxx

As part of our obligation as a FiT Licensee, we are required by Ofgem to ask all FiT Generators to make an annual declaration that the information held on the Central FiT Register is complete and accurate.

The registered details for your installation are shown below. Please check this information and send your response to FiTAnnualDeclarations@goodenergy.co.uk stating that the information is correct or what corrections are required. Please do not reply on this email as it will not be received by us, instead send your response to the above email address.

And proceeded to list someone else's account number and name, and different FiT ID.

Dunno what they'd done with the merge but not happy with the !!!! up.

They've emailed today asking to delete the previous info and they've sent the correct details today.

Hoping that they've reported themselves to the Data Commisioner!
